If you are a small business and need the reproducible W-2 and W-3 forms we suggest that you order them directly from the IRS using the phone number below. Unfortunately, we do not know if we will receive these forms before the January 31 deadline.

The majority of shipments for Forms 1040, 1040A and 1040EZ, and respective schedules and instructions may begin in mid to late January. Tax products will ship as they become available.
