This is Kelsey Freeman's first term serving as Councilmember for Ward 2. Kelsey grew up in Skagit County and has lived in Burlington for 3 years, where she has enjoyed participating in community events and building relationships with her neighbors. Her professional background is in office administration. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and sharing meals with friends and family. Kelsey's top priorities for council decision-making are citizen wellbeing and environmental sustainability.
Councilmember Feeman is the elected Mayor Pro-Tempore. Kelsey presently serves as a member of the Americans with Disabilities and Audit & Finance Committees and an alternate on the Public Works Committee.
