This is Elizabeth Turman-Bryant's first term as Councilmember for Ward 3.
Councilmember Turman-Bryant is chair of both the Lodging Tax Committee and the North Star Advisory Committee. Elizabeth is an alternate on the Parks & Recreation Board and Arts Commission.
