Calling Event Organizers!Co-Sponsor Grant Application

Burlington's Co-Sponsorship Grant program allows the City to join forces with community-minded groups who bring people together through activities that enrich the well-being of our residents.  If your event is open to the public and is offered free of charge, we'd like to hear from you!

Our Co-Sponsorship Grant program welcomes events organized by public agencies, private individuals or groups, and non-profit organizations.  Together, we hope to create experiences that strengthen community connections and celebrate Burlington!

Co-Sponsorship Grant Benefits:

  1. Fees can be waived, such as facility rental fees and most permit fees,
  2. Advertisement of the Co-Sponsored activity can be included in the City's marketing campaigns
  3. Organizers have access to certain city-owned equipment if available (canopies, tables, chairs, barricades, cones, ...)

Application Period:

The Application Period is open annually through September 30 and considers activities occuring the following calendar year (i.e. the 2026 application period supports events taking place in 2027).
